Our airships were flying high in the Royal Albert Hall recently for the Fund Manager of the Year 2015 Awards. It is one of our favourite and most spectacular venues to fly within, well it does reach heights of up to 135ft!
We operated two airships at the awards which gently floated above the heads of the attendees for the whole evening, making sure the sponsors name would be spotted.

Here are some interesting facts about the Royal Albert Hall:
Did you know the Royal Albert Hall was originally called the Hall of Arts and Science and was renamed after Prince Albert’s death.
The acoustics in the hall were not perfected until 1969, when fibreglass discs were hung from the ceiling. You can see these in some of the photos.
It’s not circular but is oval in shape. Its distinctive design may have saved it from being bombed during World War 2 as German pilots used it as a landmark.
