It’s so important to give something back to the community where possible. We are so proud to be supporting Julia’s House new hospice for children in Wiltshire. Julia’s House is the only children’s hospice charity in Dorset dedicated to helping life-limited children and their families across Dorset and Wiltshire. The aim of Julia’s House is to maximise and enrich the quality of life for children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. They provide support from diagnosis to death and beyond for the whole family. They offer multi-disciplinary end of life care in their hospice buildings or in the family home. The current list of patrons who support the charity is truly humbling and include: Jasper Conran OBE, Eddie Howe, Guy Ritchie & Jacqui Ainsley, Martin Clunes, Lesley Waters, Chris Jarvis, Harry Redknapp, Debra Stephenson, Annabel Karmel, Minette Walters and Liz Yelling When we heard about the new hospice being approved for development in Devizes, Wiltshire, we couldn’t wait to help. The former Kennet and Avon Council building will become a three-bedroom hospice with day care and weekend respite – the first of its kind in Wiltshire. Check out a short aerial drone video we produced of the development progress so far… Julia’s House from Skypower Aerial Filming on Vimeo. We will be working with Julia’s House to help raise awareness of the charity and new hospice and will be providing regular updates of the site progress with HD aerial video, high res aerial photography and 360 aerial virtual panoramic shots. Check out the current site 360 virtual panoramic shot here. You can also read an article from the Gazette & Herald here.
